ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely and quality repairs on customers smartphones, tablets and computers
- Maintain proper inventory controls
- Maintain high quality standards of customer service and care
- Promote and upsell additional products and electronic accessories
- Meet key performance standards and productivity goals
- Abide by company policies and procedures
The role of a technician requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication, and familiarity with technical tools. Candidates must be able to handle multiple projects, deliver work efforts that meet the highest quality standards, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma
- Sales / customer service experience required
- Must have experience with all brands of cellphone, computer, and tablet repairs - including but not limited to iPhone, androids, Samsung, etc., and have 6-months experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
A Phixey Technician will receive a designation of “Phixey Certified” which means he is fully trained and screened to fix all cell phone, tablets and laptops. We will evaluate a person’s work history, education, credit history, driving record, criminal record, medical history, use of social media, and screen for drugs.
